Terms of Sale

The contract is legally binding and enforcable on the first part payment recieved.

All goods must be paid for in full when received from the manufacturer (Payments by Cash, Cheques with a valid Cheque Card only, Goods under the value of £20 and paid for by credit card will incurr an extra charge of £5)

 

All goods remain the property of Big And Beautiful until paid for in full.

 

The price of the garment does not include any cost for alterations.  An additional charge will be made if any alterations are required to any garment ordered.
(However we cannot guarantee the alteration service is always available)

 

Refunds will not be given in the event of cancellation of any part of your order under any circumstances.

Dates of expected delivery of goods from the manufacturer are approximate and we will not be liable for any delay in delivery however caused or any consequential loss

 

Big and Beautiful will not be responsible for any change in customers body size and shape between order and delivery

 

If we are unable to provide any goods our liability to you will be limited to the return of any money paid by you for those goods.

 

All items collected must be inspected before leaving the shop as any damage incurred after leaving the shop is the responsibility of the buyer.  Neither will we be liable to you for any consequential compensation whatsoever due to the supply of goods or their use by you.
